His presentation, MEMS Plays an Essential Role in AR/MR Near-Eye Displays, covered industry hot topics such as the importance and challenges of AR near-eye displays, including the strong need for AR near-eye displays and the critical pain points of AR near-eye displays. He also explained “why MEMS” and how it works, what is LBS retina displays and how it works, and provided a detailed comparison between micro OLED/LED + waveguide, panel displays + free form combiners, and LBS retina displays (combiner + naked eye).
